We consider a two-dimensional disordered conductor in the regime when superconducting phase is destroyed by magnetic field. analyze combination of fluctuations different origin which results an effective interaction amplitude suitable for spontaneous s-wave odd-frequency pairing instability. observe that end point superconductivity quantum critical separating conventional from state with spin-triplet speculate this could shed light on rather mysterious insulating observed strongly films broad region fields.

Energy relaxation is studied in the spin-polarized disordered electron systems in the diffusive regime. We derive a quantum kinetic equation in which the kernel of the electron-electron collision integral explicitly depends on the electron magnetization. As a consequence, the inelastic scattering rate has a nonmonotonic dependence on the spin polarization of the system.
